Covid-19 Update

The safety of our guests, owners and employees is of upmost importance to us and we would like to reassure our guests that we have a strict cleaning protocol in place between bookings.

Cleaning Protocol

Each caravan holiday home is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between bookings and cleaners adhere to guidelines provided by the self catering industry to enable all providers to operate safely. Throughout your holiday home, all surfaces, including light switches, door handles, kitchen surfaces, and bathroom surfaces are disinfected so that they are safe to touch.

What is our COVID-19 refund/cancellation policy?

COVID19 – Full cash refunds will only be offered in the event the holiday park is closed resulting in us not being able to provide you with your holiday accommodation and not in the event of the holiday park facilities being not fully available. In the event of localised restrictions preventing, you from travelling we would move your booking to a later date, subject to availability.
