This is a Prestige graded, luxury 8-person caravan at Perran Sands Holiday Park in Cornwall. You’ll be just steps away from the beach and close to local attractions.

The south-west facing balcony allows you to enjoy the sun all day. The property includes patio furniture so that you can relax and view the beautiful scenery.

There is a nearby walkway providing direct access to the nearby rolling sand dunes of Perran Sands as well as the stunning beach which is lifeguard patrolled during busy times. Located just a short walk away, The Holiday Park offers several amenities and activities.

You can park your car beside the caravan.

Our Caravan

Graded as Prestige, you will experience all the additional amenities that make your holiday even more special. You’ll be guaranteed a cosy and warm trip with central heating and double glazing during those chilly nights. There is an iron/ironing board provided in the rental price, meaning you won’t have to pack these items.

With a central lounge and an open plan kitchen/dining area, this caravan is perfect for families. Its two twin bedrooms and toilet are at one end of the caravan; a master bedroom with a private bath room at the opposite end of the cabin, kids have their own space.

Central Lounge

At the centre of this suite, you’ll find a contemporary lounge area with 32″ wall-mounted TV/DVD Combi and an electric fire. The floor is made of wood-styled tiles for a clean, modern feel.

Kitchen/Dining Area

There is plenty of storage in the well-appointed kitchen, with a full-sized integrated fridge/freezer and 4 burner gas hob. The kitchen also comes with a microwave, kettle and toaster. With a large, formal dining table and 6 chairs, you can cook, dine or relax on the back deck. Leading off the dining area are french doors that take you onto the deck.

Master Bedroom with En-Suite Shower Room

A 4’6″ double bed with all the necessary items including a duvet, pillows, etc., will give you everything you need for a good night’s sleep. There is a generous amount of storage space too with walk-in wardrobes and two built-in bedside cabinets. Off the master bedroom is an en-suite shower with a WC and a basin. We’ve also provided you with a hairdryer and ironing board so that you can look your best at all times.

Twin Bedrooms x 2

At the other end of the caravan are two twin bedrooms. They each have duvets and pillows. The bathrooms, complete with shower, WC and Handbasin, are separate on this side as well.
