A fabulous 3 Bed Pet Friendly Caravan, located in the Fairings, you can enjoy a more relaxing position within the Perran Sands resort, very close to all the amenities but far away enough on a peaceful quiet cul-de-sac. This caravan also has Decking to relax on and watch the world go by.

Lounge/Dining Room: This lovely spacious, open plan living area is particularly bright and airy. There is ample seating for everyone with a large L-shaped sofa arrangement incorporating a pull out double sofa-bed. There is also a 52″ Flat-Screen TV with built in DVD. The Caravan is fully double glazed and central heated, there is also an electric fire making it cosy on those chilly evenings.

Kitchen: The stylish, well appointed kitchen contains everything you should require and comprises a full sized oven & hob, fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle.

Master Bedroom: Enjoy the comfort of a 4’6″ double bed for a perfect night’s sleep. You will have plenty of storage too with fitted wardrobes and additional shelving space and also a TV. We even provide a hairdryer, so less for you to pack! Duvets and pillows are provided but please bring your own linen and towels.

Twin Bedroom 1: This room has two single beds and its own storage.

Twin Bedroom 2: This room has two single beds and its own storage.

Family Bathroom: Contains a large Shower Cubicle, Wash Basin, WC and some additional storage.

Ensuite to the main Bedroom: Contains WC & Wash Basin.

Parking: There is parking directly next to the caravan.
